Why does my 1990 Honda engine and battery light go off and on while driving.Battery and alt have been tested.?
I have a 1990 Honda Accord EX. .While driving the battery light stays on for a while then the engine light comes on and goes off too. I changed the distributor cap.
first off you need to clean all your battery connections and then check for a bad ground wire,,if it has a bad ground this will cause it to do that,,that's about it ,,except for checking for any loose wires that may not be making a good contact,,hope this help,s.

Maruti SX4 is a compact car launched in India. The car was developed by Suzuki and has been in production since 2006.
SX4 was designed by Italdesign studio. The car was originally supposed to be sold only in the European market. However, the car is now sold in several markets including India, Japan, North America, Australia, South America and South Africa.
SX4 was first introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in 2006. The car is manufactured in Japan, Hungary and India. The car was initially launched as five-door hatchback body style, and was sold as SX4 Crossover. Later, a sedan model of SX4 was showcased at New York Auto Show in 2007. This car was sold in Japan, Europe and India.
SX4 is performing well in India. The car is competing with Honda City in its segment. City has been a great success in India and been selling like hot cakes. When first SX4 was launched in the country it had some impact on the sales of Honda City, but soon the sales of City were back to normal. City is still the segment leader in India.
To compete effectively with the City, Maruti Suzuki had launched a new version of SX4 , equipped with a superior engine with VVT technology. The car is also available in a 4-speed automatic transmission variant. The car is the first car in its segment to be BSIV compliant. The new SX4 is equipped with a new sporty honeycomb grille and 10-spoke 16 inch alloy wheels. The car also has dual tones interiors and plush upholstery. Its new engine delivers mileage of 15.6 km per litre. The car's 1.6 litre engine produces maximum power of 104.68ps @5600 rpm and a high torque of 145Nm @4100 rpm. Maruti Suzuki hopes to sell more units of the new SX4 compared to Honda's segment leading car City.
Maruti cars are sold in the largest number in India due to the company's customer focus and understanding of the market. The company's Alto is India's largest selling car for last many years. Swift is also a well selling model of the company besides Maruti SX4.
