BEARDED DRAGON LIGHTING HELP!?!?!?

Hey Everyone and Anyone

I asked a question about my Dragon's lighting a while back and after i got the ReptiSun 10.0 Tube the Dragon was 100s!

My question now is... I used to have a 75W HeatGlo Infrared Heat Lamp as the heat source in the housing...which seemed to be doing fine till it burst because of a spray a cold water that hit it... :/ (little brothers)

The Dragon is fine but doesn't have a heat source...So i just wanna know if it is alright and safe for my Beardie if i use a normal household bulb? I put a 60W mini Spot Bulb in now and it seems fine? Should i rather go 75W normal clear bulb again or is it ok if i use a 100W normal clear bulb!?!? Help me!? Dankie! :D

Regular old cheap household bulbs are just fine for heat. I use them in all my reptile enclosures. Just use the wattage you need. I use a 100watt and have it plugged into a dimmer switch to adjust temps. Always use a digital probe thermometer to accurately monitor your temps. They do not and should not need a heat bulb at night. They need a cool dark period for good health. As long as your house temp doesn't drop below 60F he'll be fine.
