What is better---fresh air from outside or regular room air with an air filter on?
Whenever I get home, I love to open up all of the windows to let in fresh air. Whenever my hubby gets home, he closes everything and turns on the air filters (with ionizers) that we have in each room. I feel like I get a headache and stuffed up nose with them on all the time. He thinks I'm crazy. I would like to know what is better for us to breathe.
