Liner Top
How to apply liner to top lid?
No matter how mnay times I try or the different kinds of liner I use, I always get a shaky line, that when I open my eyes looks like it is covering half my eyelid.
What are some tips and tricks to get a straight line with whatever thickness is desired?
I have pencil, creme in a tube (with smudger) and liqid liner.

This is the easiest way, that I've found. BTW, it seems to work best to line the upper lid when you use a liquid, not pencil liner.
So, what I do is pull my eye out slanty (as if you were doing "Asian Eyes" -- not to sound racist, but its the best way I can think of to describe it), but keep the other one open, and then get as close to the lashline as possible, and start in the middle, and making a nice clean line, go to the outer edge of your lid. Then, do the inner part of your eyelid. Made sense? Hope so. Anyway, in case it didn't, here is some videos that should be helpful:

Its a bit different than the first way I said, but, you should get the point 
Also, when you are putting it on, balance your pinky on your cheek and hold the liner with the rest of your fingers.
